Two things I’m actually very picky about: spaghetti and mac and cheese. The Kitchen in Silverlake features some of the best I’ve had of the latter. The picture above looks rather understated, does it not? But trust me, you will only be cursing the concept of portion control once you’ve tasted its extra sharp cheddar and garlicky cream sauce.
